Sun-dried Tomato, Spinach and Basil Pesto (Vegan)

1/4 c (packed) fresh basil
3/4 c baby spinach
1/2 c drained sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 c oil - either from the jar of tomatoes, or you can use olive oil or rice bran oil
1/4 c walnut pieces
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili flakes

Throw everything into a food processor and whizz it up until you reach your desired consistency.  Makes one cup.
